Agreement to the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“agreement”) apply to the Online Art Store - a property of Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society and all trade conducted through it. By using our website, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions also apply to any sale orders, regardless of where they were made – placed through our website, in person, over the phone or email etc. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and read through them.

Payment Processing
We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, APPLE PAY & NETS

Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Delivery
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the quality and quantity of the delivered items. The customer may be required to verify their identity by presenting their ID. We will not be held liable for any losses or damage once delivery is completed. Delivered items cannot be rejected without good reason (damaged, incorrect product etc.). If the customer is not satisfied with the delivered product, the customer should not accept the delivery. The customer can contact us to let us know why, and arrange to initiate an exchange/refund process.

Please ensure that the address provided is correct, and that someone is present to receive the package at the time of delivery. If the address is incorrect, or no one is present, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful, and the package will be returned to the gallery. Thereafter, please collect the package from the gallery directly. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Delivery takes 7-10 business days to reach your door step and there is a $50 delivery fee for purchases $499 and below.

Self Pickup
The location for self pickup will be open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
